Every time I created a new account now and put an item for sale I get suspended

you have probably done something wrong such as buying and not paying or trying to sell a branded item that eBay "thinks" it could be fake or you received low and bad reviews. Every time you create an account they block you because they have your IP address and your name so even if you use different names yet the same network they will still find you from your computer's IP address or even your router's IP address. They have a smart computer system that does this automatically. Use you have a new computer that you have never signed in to any of your other accounts. Try connecting to a new internet and setting up a new account with different name and address and see if the same thing happens. Use someone else's name and phone number that you know just in case they asked you to confirm your identity. If it worked and they didn't close it, make sure you NEVER sign in to your old accounts on the new computer, or never sing in to your working account on your old computer. Also it is a very good idea to clear your browsing history and cookies every time you use the internet since cookies are one of the ways eBay knows who you are.
