How do you put a galaxy effect on a picture?
Like on instagram a lot of people have a galaxy on a photo I know @officially_kaila uses it! But what app is it?

Type into your search box the following:

Andromeda Galaxy Instagram App

...and then read the link information on the first 5 that pop up and then click on those to see where they lead.
