I cant seem to change my facebook group's name?

I have a facebook group and I am the creator and the only admin of it, I wanted to change the name of it and I know exactly how to do it because I have on some of my others before but when I hit on the gear in the upper right corner and the drop down comes down then I click on group settings, and once I am in the group settings to change the group's name and hover of where the name is then it wont let me change it or anything. Can anybody give me some info and help on this please?

how many members are in the group compared to the other groups you have changed? once you reach a certain amount of group members, some things cannot be changed anymore
