I have conected my facebook accout to my yahoo id.now i want to know that,will all the messages,notifications come to the inbox of my yahoo id? If come then how can i stop it?

Yes it Will Unless you Turn it Off you Can Do That By Going to Account Settings Than Go to Notifications Than Uncheck Anything you Do Not Want to Be Notified About
