Okay so I was on omegle on video chat but I didn't have my camera on. I said hey to this kid and he gave me a link to my Facebook account . He they gave this smug look and typed in I have your ip address your f****d buddy and then he disconnected. What should I do please?

Change your passwords for everything straight away.

An IP address and a few cents or pennies will get him a very small bag of sweets. Unless you have randomly followed links people send you, or have messed with settings on your firewall an the router there is no way in to your machine. And people see links from FB to other sites and reverse. Because they all link together.
