Facebook deleted my friends account after he pulled a prank on me how can he get it back?

My friend decided to change his name and picture to mine and started posting ridiculous things. I thought some one had duplicated my account and reported what turned out to be his page for impersonation. Facebook then deleted his account for cyber bullying. Since he didnt mean any harm and was just trying to be funny and pull a prank on me is there any way we can contact Facebook and get his account reactivated???

two ways you can contact to Facebook, first one is sending message explaining your problem. second one would be calling in regards to his problem on his own time.
