Can i sue someone if they harass me and my family on Facebook?

This girl makes fake pages and fake pages of me put my head on other people body's, talks bad about me and my mother, and she is just doing the most. She is a stalker!!! Please tell me what can i do about this situation?

I block and block her make other pages for my family and friends and they find them pages! So what to do? I'm thinking about filing a law Suit and getting a restraining order against her. Me and my Mother have not done anything towards her at all.

yes if there are harassment laws where you live, make sure to keep a record and take screenshots of what they say to use as evidence

I would at least go to your local police department and see if you have anything that can be done without hiring a lawyer (very expensive).. I would copy and paste any pages that you can find as proof of your claims.

Yes you can and make sure to take lots of screenshots for evidence as well. This is clear harassment.
