How to rotate photos in Window 8?

How to rotate photos in Window 8?
I've looked online and can't find how to rotate my photos in Windows 8. One site said right click on the photo and will see Rotate. Mine just says Delete and Set As on the left side and on the right says Slide Show.

The photo is probably have copyright on it. Meaning it won't allow you to edit it. Just take a screen shot of it, and crop/rotate it
