Something like that happened at my school all that happened is the girl bullying had to delete her accounts something like that

Just telling someone to kill themselves, is like a 20,000+ fine, and jail, that person actually doing it? You'll spend the rest of your life in jail. Those people are disgusting and YOU need to tell them to stop, because if she actually does it, you will regret it for the rest of your life.

You should tell that to your school. You never know if she's suicidal. I forgot how many people kill themselves due to bullying every year but it's a high number. You can be charged with assault and harrasment.

They could get arrested if she goes to the police. Another option is for her to file a lawsuit against the bully (sue their parents).

and the police should be informed. Such threats against an individual will be a prosecutable offence in most areas and the police can identify and arrest the bully.
