What camera takes photos close to these?

I want to find a camera that takes photos just like these ones. I love the look and the quality.

Most cameras will its just a matter of setting and what was done to it editing it in a program (ie photoshop)

The photos a camera takes is totally dependent upon the skills of the user.

Just buying a certain camera will NOT assure great photos. You have to know exactly what you are doing.

In the case of your link, any P&S camera will do

Well since it's coming from instagram, it's probably a phone (A few of the photos have some blown out parts). Just need to do some edits.

Depth-of-field is usually huge in those photos. That means either the aperture values are big OR the sensor in small so that it needs wider angle lenses that gives huge depth of field. If the light is good, you can take photos like those with an iphone. There are so much color noise in photos too. A pocket camera and tiny bit of a photoshop work will be more than enough for those kind of photos.
