Why hasn't my timeline been published on facebook?
I decided to make a new Facebook account, (don't ask why). I chose the option to set my new FB account in the form of a timeline. So far, I'am the only one who can see my new Facebook as a timeline, when I'm on that account. When my friends look me up, they see my Facebook as the older version, I had it set to, before I chose the option to change it to "timeline mode." It's been 1, 2, or 3 days now. Why hasn't my timeline been published?

You're timeline will be online a week after you created it, now it's in the so-called "test mode". You can put some changes in it, edit your personal data, or even revert it back to a generic facebook page (I mean a regular one, not the timeline).

4 days to go. Didn't you read the instruction per se?

This "test mode", it's like "you can see it, but others can't" deal. Just wait another 4 days and it will get published Smile

Hope I helped.

Publishing your Timeline:

1. Go to your Timeline.
2. At the top, should be something saying This is your new Timeline -- Preview.
3. Click the button Publish Now, which should be next to the green Start Tour button.

If the buttons aren't present, keep refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, log out and log in and try again. And if that doesn't work either, You'll have to wait about a week and your Timeline with publish itself.

Hope I helped! For more information, add Additional Details!

Good luck and best of wishes!

Happy 4th of July! Smile
