Can't get the new facebook timeline?

When I go onto someone's facebook who have the new timeline, at the top it says '.... has the new timeline' then says 'learn more' so I click onto that, and it comes up with the information about the timeline. At the bottom of the page is a white banner saying 'COVER, STORIES, APPS' and should have a green box 'sign me up!' however it doesn't..and there is no way for me to get the new timeline. Help? Thankyou

Facebook timeline is freakin stupid. So don't worry about it.

then click the green button at the bottom

if you dont see the button, try a different browser - if that doesnt work either, that means you just have to wait for it

At this time the time line is optional so many people are having trouble switching but around the 10th Feb face book is force switching the accounts over to the new timeline layout anyways!! Just another ider to piss the world off lol.......
