Depending on the group and if your content is related to what the group is, yes. However if you're just posting links and not interacting with others in the group you could get flagged for spamming which will block you from posting anything for a few days.
I would post the question to the group before posting in it, just out of courtesy.

This depends on the group. But, if you only post links to promote your page, the administrator can kick you out of that group.
