Facebook Privacy Custom/Public/Friend?
How can I use a Facebook privacy that hide all post for only 1 person,but public can see it ?

I don't think that's possible. You can't exclude people from global posts, unless you block them.

When you are posting something click the button that shows who can view it and type the persons name. they will be blocked from viewing all your post.
