Why does this girl ignore me?

I would prefer a girl to answer this as i dont think i guy would be of much help really.

Basically a female friend of mine who is really friendly towards me as she has said many times to me she finds me very attractive ignores me on nights out in uni. We had a minor fallout but were on 'good terms' now. She is objectively a 10/10 blonde girl.

On a random night out i saw her and we gave awkward smiles. Later that night she literally started kissing me. I pulled out as i didnt wanna but she kissed me again and said i was a good kisser. Then she walked off. Didnt bother with her the rest of that night.

I've also been called attractive a couple of times to be honest (not being vain. Before that she used to give me a tight hug on nights out. Now we pretty much ignore each other. However recently i went out and just hapened to see her. As usual i ignored her.

When i went home out of boredom to sleep i woke up the following to find two texts from her. She said "And where have you gone of to Mr ?!' and then an hour later she text saying ' lol i see that you've left, i saw that girl you said was stalking you, ew!'. She wont bother trying to talk to me that night and yet she text me that.

iI eventually replied. I then texted her asking if shes goin to a student event and since then no reply. Its been two days. What is her fucking problem?

She probably gets confidence when she's had a drink. The text may not have come through or she may have no credit to reply? I would send ONE final text - can you not use whatsapp/viber/facebook - a system which gives you WHEN the person reads the text? Just say hey not sure if you got my text the other day?
If no reply just move on dude.
