Views on Privacy??? (would like to see your opinions)?
-What constitutional protections are there for privacy?
-Does society have an obligation to protect individual privacy, why or why not?
-What issues should be considered private and why (suggestions include; abortion, sexual orientation, religion, political affiliation, and legal history)?
-Should a public figure’s privacy be less protected than the average person’s, why or why not (examples include politicians, celebrities, media starts, etc.)?
-Should government employee’s privacy be less protected than non-government employee’s, why or why not (examples include teachers, police officers, firefighters, etc.)?
-What role does social media (Facebook, twitter, etc.) play in the debate over privacy?

-What constitutional protections are there for privacy? see 4th amendment
-Does society have an obligation to protect individual privacy, why or why not? yes. Without privacy, one can not own property. Privacy is necessary for a capitalistic society.
-What issues should be considered private and why (suggestions include; abortion, sexual orientation, religion, political affiliation, and legal history)? person affairs.
-Should a public figure’s privacy be less protected than the average person’s, why or why not (examples include politicians, celebrities, media starts, etc.)? no.
-Should government employee’s privacy be less protected than non-government employee’s, why or why not (examples include teachers, police officers, firefighters, etc.)? no. During working hours, your privacy belongs to your employer. Government employees are working for the people. During off-hours what they do is no one's business.
-What role does social media (Facebook, twitter, etc.) play in the debate over privacy? It is a medium.
