You can't. Facebook wanted to change everyone to timeline to update it so they purposely didn't put a button that you could press to get the old profile back. Sucks doesn't it.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update - they are now forcibly converting everyone slowly without your consent

You cant get back the old facebook time line you need to use facebook time line if you don't know how to use time line go to Introducing Time line
