Can someone please explain to me this trending tweet on twitter "Katy & Plastic Bags" ? I looked at the tweets and they say something about a video?
Ok I know that its in the lyrics of fireworks, when I saw the trend I immediately though of that but I can tell by the tweets of others that its defiantly NOT about her song.
