How to follow my time table?

First of all, I am a student of 9th grade.
I have made my time table. Now the question is I am unable to follow my time table. i just want some tips on how to follow my time table.
I spend more time on internet, specially on social networking sites (Facebook).

If you have to follow your time table you should limit using facebook.Should get up early and study.

Nobody else can help you. it is a bog bad world put there and if you want to survive and live comfortably you will put all your other activities away and complete your studies. Otherwise you will never qualify, or get a decent report and you will end up doing jobs for minimal wages and struggling all your life. There are hundreds od =f applicants for every decent job being offered.

Do not spend much time on facebook now. Its the main cause why you are not able to follow your time table. Internet is vast world. You never know which page you 'll be opening once you start using internet.
