Facebook privacy settings?

I was just wondering, with fb privacy settings, can someone make most of their facebook public without making their status's and posts on their wall public?

yes, the privacy settings are quite versatile using the audience selectors for each item

Yes when you are posting a post or image you can select the persons that you want to show and that toy don't want to show.
