Hey!
I heard TimeLine was coming out for EVERYBODY on the 9th of October, but I still haven't got Timeline..

Could you explain why?

Facebook's servers are large. As with any other Facebook change in the past, features get to some people first (and those people did nothing special to get it first), and then eventually, everyone else gets it.

Facebook Timeline was postponed for a couple of weeks due to some law issues regarding the naming of the new feature and how it interfere with the company timelines, but you can check the new time line main features here: http://alisissa.wordpress.com/2011/09/23/176/
