When posting a photo under a business page on Facebook, I don't see it showing up on our timeline?

I run a Facebook page for a pretty large credit union. I've noticed that recently Facebook has added another feature that asks if you want to tag the picture you are uploading. I however skip this step and then I get brought to a blank page. I have to go back to our Facebook main page and I do not see the picture showing up on our Timeline at all. Is there something wrong with our picture settings? Please help because I don't want to hear any of our fans complaining that their picture was not uploaded. Thanks so much!
The picture is showing up in the album though and will show up in the thumbnail of the "pictures" area of the tabs. It's not that it's not uploading, it's that it for some reason is now showing up on my timeline for fans to see.
