How can I delete facebook timeline posts?

Hello. My friend hacked my account and wrote a post on one girl's timeline "I love you". But I really don't like her. So I wanted to delete this post before she will see it. I blocked her. Can she still see it? If yes then please can you help me?

She Cant See it Because you Blocked Her When you Block Someone you Can Not Find Each Other On Facebook or See Any Posts Of Each Other Including whats Written on Each Others Timeline
