Local specific marketing with landing page and banner ads one solution?

Hi is a local specific marketing option with banner ads and a landing page they promote you on yahoo google and Facebook they take care of the designs me . Is that a good option that's will get results .
-will this replace my website
-will it work allot better than just a normal website
-it's £300 a month
If it takes care of my adcertising and generates me plenty of work I guess that's ok
- would a website that's area specific do the same eg electrician Essex.com

it's very high costly.

In INDIAN currency it is very high. better to take 2-3 quotations from different companies. then approach the better quality and price
