My ex boyfriend and i dated for 3 years and weve been broken up for 3 months now. We recently started talking (last week) i measaged him on facebook and then he started texting me actually , nothing special but i would definitely say we were on good terms until i decided to tell him how i felt which i did a couple days ago and i basically texted him telling him i miss him and still love him and asked if there was ever a chance of us getting back together and this was our convo:
Him: i dont know
Me: dont know what?
Him: im going back to saudi arabia thats why i dropped my classes
Me: but i thought u said u were gonna start in the fall
Him: no im bored of being here im gonna go there and finish school there
Me: ok good luck
He hasnt replied back to me and its been 4 days and he hasnt even contacted me at all since then. Im just devastated at the fact that hes moving back cuz ill probably never ever see him again! Noone understands how much i love him its just not fair that i have to suffer through this. I keep remembering all the amazing things we did together and the memories, its all coming back to me and it feels like my heart is melting. I pass by the park everyday on my way to school that we used to go to all the time and it just makes me break down in tears. Even just the little things we did it all keeps coming back to me and i just cant stop crying. Noone understands my situation i just dont know what to do!! And dont tell me to move on and forget him cuz i cant just do that. Im seriously hurt. I remember him telling me when we were still together like a month before we broke up he said to me " i just want you to know that no matter what happens i cant imagine you with anyone else but me! ur for me and thats all no matter what happens" i dont understand what he was thinking or whats going on with him now. Would it be stupid if i tried texting him or would i just be annoying?

So you break up after three years, don't speak for ages, and because you then decide to make contact, you're 'devastated' that he's had enough and gone home. Right?
