Could you help me to correct my mistakes in this short text ? Thanks :)?
Hi, here is my 700 words text, could you please re-write it, putting mistakes in CAPITAL LETTERS ?
Thank you very much !
Julienne

After the campaign of 2008 won by the Democrats and Barack Obama, many specialists declared that the Internet played a huge role in this victory, as it was the driving force behind the motivation of many American voters. But how both Mitt Romney and Barack Obama have embraced social media and the Internet this year for their campaigns? Have Republicans managed to fill the gap existing between both communications strategies on the Internet or has Barack Obama still a large step ahead in this field?

At first glance, it appears that Republicans try to catch up with the Democrat team. As a matter of fact, Romney’s team used Youtube a lot, in order to broadcast Romney’s speeches, press conferences, or even campaign videos. For example, “A love story” counted more as 170.000 views. In this video, Ann Romney, Mitt’s wife, describes the daily life of Mitt and his qualities, such as trust or intelligence, on a slow and lovely music. Republicans have understood how this media works, using people’s compassion. In fact, this video enabled the Republican candidate to appear as a perfect husband and a good father, that is to say someone able to take care of the country. Even if this may not be true, it is how the Americans are going to see Mitt Romney, and that is what matter. The Republicans have learned since 2008 and they understood how social media might be so essential in a campaign. To that purpose, some Republicans have created a Facebook application, called Trendsetter, which enables them to urge activists rallying actively and using social networks such as Facebook or Twitter to the advantage of candidate Romney.
Nevertheless, Romney’s online campaign is not perfect at all. Youtube has also been a setback during the “47% video” filmed with a smartphone, which had a large impact on the campaign according to specialists.

On closer examination however it must be acknowledged that Barack Obama keeps his lead in term of social media and online campaign. As a matter of fact, Obama has been using these tools since the previous campaign of 2008 whereas Republicans have really been there since 2011. Obama’s team has also broken new ground with a new strategy of mailing, which was made in order to urge Obama’s fans to become activists. Obama has also much more fans on social networks such as Facebook. Today he has more than 29 million fans, whereas Romney “only” has 7 million ones. One must yet remember that Sarkozy had more than four times the number of fans that Hollande had and Sakozy lost. The statement is the same on twitter where Obama has much more followers compared to those of Romney. Obama also used applications as Tumblr or Instagram. Moreover, the Democrats have also been very innovative when they created The Life of Julia, a very simple and funny tool that enable you to know what is the impact of your vote on the life of a 3 year old girl, which goes to school (education), undergoes surgery (health care)…
It is pretty hard to make many criticisms about Obama’s online campaign since it helped him to win the previous one, and it certainly is one of its biggest advantages in this campaign.

Finally, the American campaign appears as the showcase for the use of social media, networks and the Internet. In all other countries, politicians should take the example of both American candidates to improve their campaign, especially in France. As a matter of fact, campaign budgets are limited in France and that is why candidates cannot make as much advertisements as American ones do. But, the communication based on social networks and on the Internet does not cost a lot, therefore is it so essential in a campaign. Moreover, French candidates should use it, as this type of communication makes your fans become activists, who can communicate with and for you. Then, people will share articles and videos of their favourite candidate on Facebook, they will tweet about their candidate’s conferences, and the candidate is going to be under the spotlight of the population. In addition, to face the abstention of young people Internet slogans and videos proved to be a very good solution. In fact, François Hollande’s team used it a little bit during his campaign, when a song was published called “Hollande to the dream”, using Sean Paul’s song originally called “Hold on (to the dream)”.

I'll take a wild guess and say no. No one will do your work for you.
Asking for help is one thing, doing it for you is another. Copy and paste it into word then spell check it.
