Liked a 'strangers' facebook photo?

Ok so there's somebody in my class whose facebook photos I was looking at, who I am not friends with on facebook. I've spoken to her a couple of times on occasion, but don't have her added to facebook (I don't think she'd know me by name). I must have flicked through a few albums, and I checked again a couple of days ago, and now all her albums and profile pics are private. Is it likely I accidentally liked one of the photos and didn't notice, and she saw that, thought it was kind of weird, and set all her stuff private?! Or could this have something to do with the new facebook privacy options? I went on only a couple of days ago as I said, so she could have changed the settings way back before the settings were introduced. This is embarassing...

I would say it's probably the Facebook privacy options. I don't think she would make it private just because of that
