How do I get a girlfriend?

Ive never had a serious relationship with a girl, and all my old friends have the same girlfriend they had since high school and even kids younger than me have relationships. I just wanna know how to get a girlfriend, I don't have much friends and I don't know how to drive so that leaves me with nothing. I don't have a Facebook and even if I did it wouldn't help. I don't want to be alone for the rest of my life, how can I get in a relationship with a girl? Serious answers only. Thanks.
