facebook wall problem?

i can't post on any of my friends' walls, accept friend requests/details, accept application requests, update my status, send messages, and a whole bunch of other things. it used to work, but now won't anymore.

does anyone know why and how to fix it?
if you don't know how to fix it, does anyone have the facebook administrator's contact info??
also, is it my computer's problem or facebook's problem?
