Facebook Album Privacy?

If i put my facebook photo album privacy into say, 3 people and 1 of those 3 people tagged a person not included in that album privacy, will that person be able to see that photo he/she was tagged in even though he/she is not included in the list of people to be able to view the album?

1. That person will not be able to see the picture even though he/ she was tagged in the photo due to your privacy setting to the album. He/ she will only get the notification.

2. That person will only be able to view that particular picture that he/ she was tagged in, but no others.
