ive been talking to this guy online for a couple months. he added me to facebook, snap chat and instagram. we agreed to meet one day... but last week he completely deleted me from everything. i messaged him, and he told me that he's just going through a rough time with work (he's in his last year at residency to become an er doc), and feeling stressed. i understood, told him i can give him "space" (not sure how to give someone youve never met "space", but that was the best way i could explain it). he said he wanted me to visit still. i agreed and we left the convo at that.

i feel like that was just an excuse to be nice and get rid of me... what do you guys think?
