how can i become a doctor when i dont have the correct gcses?
ok so i was out of school for a whole year so i missed year 9 in secondary school. now i'm in yr 10 and im back in school but i missed when they picked there options so they just gave me options which are all crappy. the options are all btec: health and social care, pe, media and btec applied science. the only subjects that are gcse are english and maths and i know that if you want to be a doctor you need mainly gcses and double science. i know that i need to take alevels in sixth form but i cant with mostly btec qualifiactions so is there any chance of me becoming a doctor?

Yes you can! It's not too late.Just study hard in the classes you got right now, grades are important and as the years approach then you can pick.also visit your school guidance counselor they are paid to help you.

youll need to speak to your headteacher, if not then get your mum to speak to your local MP

they should allow you because you were sick right?

get some advice and dont do btec's

you need gcse's , if your current school does not allow you to you will need to transfer
