You always write down all your information used to create a password on any web site in a notebook for future reference. Write down this information as you enter it so you don't get confused. Write down the email account used for the web site. The user name you choose. The password you choose. The security questions and answers and any other information like alternate email addresses or phones to send a recovery temporary password to. keep this information in a safe place for future reference. I've been doing it this way for years.
