How much should I charge for email marketing?

I want to start email marketing for small businesses in my town. This would not be on a big scale. I want to know how much I should charge per month to send about 4 emails, if not more, to their email list? I have found online that some people charge hundreds of dollars and others charge almost nothing. I want to make some money from this because I am a stay at home mom, but I don't want to charge so much that the shop will not use me to market for them. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks
