Can i put it as my profile on facebook? Or is it like stealing or illegal?

Check if the image was copyrighted first.
Also you shouldn't be browsing somewhere for photos to put on your facebook in the first place.

Technically, you probably shouldn't use it without permission, but chances are they'll never know. Just don't claim it's your own work, that's really low.

Standard internet etiquette is that you SHOULD link to the artist's profile or website or whatever, so that anyone who likes it will go there.
