How can I build traffic for a new a website?
Only had my website for not even a month but I'm still not receiving many views via search engines. I am already very active on social media and engage with followers daily. Any advice would be great
should say social networks but hey ho.

If you're willing to spend a bit of money, I know there are services out there which you can pay about $50 us to come up on the first page of Google search results. I had a website in the past which I considered doing this for. Also there are sites which Google uses for an index, and you can email them and request that your site be included in their index. Make sure you have good keywords in the title of your page, for example if it were a page about home furniture, some good keywords to have in your page title would be couches, sofas, lamps, beds etc. so a wider range of people google searching can find your page. But mainly all you can do is keep interacting with your followers on social media, if your using Facebook I'd reccomend promoting your page (this will cost $4-$200 depending on how many likes per day) and be patient as well. Overtime you will get more traffic you just need to wait. Hope this helped Smile

Take care, some services that guarantee fast results can actually sabotage your long term performance by getting your sit penalized for "unnatural backlink patterns" a conservative approach may be to add about 3 new backlinks from a diversity of sources each day, natural organic ranking is a slow building process.

Paid sources effective a year ago like certain private blog networks have been discoverer by Google and deindexed.

This search aid helps find prospects for relevant, but low value blog comments and forum posts.

you are spending times in social media optimization, this is good for traffic but not well enough. try seo, if you have some idea about seo then you can do activities like you are doing on social medias, and if not then hire seo service providers.

you can bring more traffic from organic SEO by good keywords and if you want to paid traffic start PPC and SMM (Facebook).

You need to do SEO. You need backlinks. Search engines use the anchor text to determine what the backlink is about. So when you get a backlink try to make sure that the link uses your keyword in the anchor text. Instead of the backlink showing your domain name you want it to show your Keywords. For example, notice at the bottom of this article how the link to my website uses keywords and not the website address.
