i created a website http://www.zeglist.com on 2013 august,my website has an alexa rank of 450,000, i have noticed that when i type "zeglist" in google search my website doesnt shows up instead its twitter and facebook profile show up, i have noticed for websites >1000000 if we type their name the first result will be the website it self, am i doing anything wrong ? i asked google to crawl my website and it did

for this you have to get a keyword ranking report... and find out your current position of the keyword.. sometime if the keyword competition is high you need to optimize that keyword and try to build links to your web site do blog posting in high pr relevant blogs.

Workout with some related keywords and find the volume of those keywords.
For other website, showing many pages on the search engine means they are doing some SEO work.
