How do I create a lookback movie on facebook?

OK, so I go to http://www.facebook.com/lookback--then what? I can view some pictures in manual slide show, but no button to click to creat video or anything like that. Apparently some lucky people go to that address and a video is there waiting for them? But the rest of us don't get that....
