i got temporarily blocked from instagram?

my friend told me to spam his page, so i did after liking 100 photos or so really fast i got a message saying "temporarily blocked from this feature" now im scared how long does it last?? help

You have too wait it out, it's just like Facebook if you use a feature like that too fast or too many times they will block you, your friend should have known this and told you not do it
