How do I add text to my Facebook Cover in a group?

I admin a Facebook Group and we have some rules that people keep saying they don't see. Even though they are pinned to the top of the page and saved in a doc file on the site. I have seen other groups that have text along with a pic as their cover photo for their group. Is there an app for that? I have tried everything and I am sure it's simple, but I am just not seeing it. I sometimes over-think things. Thank you for any help.

You Cant Add The Text on Facebook you have to Edit your Photo Outside of Facebook Use a Photo Editing Website Or Program And you Can Edit your Picture and Add Text to It Basically any Photo Editor Program Should Be Able to Do This Once you have Done That Save the Picture to Your Computer Than Go Back to Facebook and Add the Updated Cover Pic to your Group
