Like in the medical field the skeletons are usually a guys body or posters and commercials will usually show the anatomy of a guy, comedy will show guys in the toilet and naked etc, and public statues will have naked guys. I know some of these have women also but why guys more?

The male body tends to be a bit bigger I think, male comedians are really the only ones who the toilet gag, and people get jumpy when you publicly display a partially or fully nude female body

Because if they use female bodies for displays, feminists would make a ruckus about how the female body is "objectified".
