How do you create a non-personal account on Twitter?

I want to create an account for my company, but I don't want my name being up there because I want it to represent the whole firm. Please answer, it's really appreciated, thanks

You make it like any other Twitter account. Use a company email and make the username something associated with the company. Beware that if it is a trademarked name, it may get taken down unless you can prove you ARE that trademark holder.
