Need to find my half brothers. What do I do?
My dad had an affair in 1995 and ended up with twins by another woman in 1996. I know
-where the twins were born
-mothers name
- month and year, no day they were born
- she should have been in her 20s or 30s, she should be in her 40s now
- my dads name is not on their birth certificate
Everytime I look up her name, a lot of possibilities come up, and I Facebook her, again nothing's come up. Any websites (non fee) that may help. I think they might be in FL Since they were born there but I don't know. What do I do

Looking for living people is not the same as looking for dead ancestors, as living people have privacy rights and the only way you find them is if they ae careless with their information and post online or it is collected by the various companies and sold to marketing companies which then charge others to look at it, such as electoral rolls, telephone directories and if they post themselves on social media, with a female they are likely to have married and changed their surname which makes it even more difficult and you are NEVER going to find a minor/s so you will not find the children, unless they post on social media at at their age they wouldn't being 7/8 years old.............

Your dad is the best option, surely he is paying child support and applied to reguarly see his children, in which case he should know................

They are not 7 or 8 yrs old if born in 1996. but they still are minors, so there should not be public documents. And if dad isn't on the birth cert, then he may well NOT be paying child support or even aware of their location.
Your option is trying to find the mom. She might have changed her name since that time, by marriage, or moved to another state. You might TRY using google with her old name. Use "quotation marks" with the name and include Florida.
Other than that, it is correct that privacy laws are going to limit what can be done.
He may not be paying support, but dad may have further information.. IF HE IS WILLING to discuss it.
