What app allows you to color, black out and blur text messages and photos??

I've seen several people use this app on social media. You basically screen shot a text or photo and you can cross out the person's personal information such as their name and telephone number. I need this app!!! Please help!

You need to check your phones manual. You may have this app preinstalled on your phone currently. I have the Quick Memo option on my phone that allows me to create memos and capture screen shots. You can draw on the screen like you would with "Paint" on a windows computer.
