Facebook notification virus?

Hi, I accidentally clicked on one of those suspicious Facebook notifications but exited the page straight away. Could it be possible that I have a virus?
It didn't even load the page though. Is it still possible?

could be, and there is only one way to find out.... run a virus scan in depth.
I suggest Avast Free Home Edition. that's the only virus protection i go with
and I do mean that it's a 5 star program... i like it better than Microsoft Security Essentials

So run scan
i think it would be more than likely if you downloaded something..

its possible you Could have it i would Do a Virus/Spywere Scann right away i wouldint wait til it starts attacking your computer if the scann comes out clean than your fine
