How can I make an instagram without the app?

Please help all my siblings made their instagram account on my ipod and I'm trying to get one but it tells me too many users have registered on my account I need help ):

Try going to Instagram.com using the regular internet. Then once you're registered, go back to the app and sign in.

Sadly, you can't sign up on the website, you can only log in. You need to use the app to register. Can you ask your siblings to sign off the iPod and log on on another device? Or you can use another device if you have one.
