War funding averaging 100 billion a year.

Hm, so 170 billion in spending and tax cuts, causes 1.5 trillion dollar deficits ?

2. What deregulation ? The last deregulation passed was in 1998, by Bill Clinton.,

For most of american history, the tax rate was under 7% or zero

IE: for more than 56% of american history, it was 7% or zero.

4. The 2007 deficit was just 163 billion dollars, that was with the tax cuts, the wars, any previous deregulation, so why is it that the republican congress could cut the deficit each year, with those things, but democrats cannot seem to be able to do so ?

None of those cuts or spending are new, so why the huge deficits now ?
