Facebook Group problems!! Please Help!!!!! (10 POINTS) .....?

I created 2 groups on facebook for 2 divisions in my church, but I need to make my pastor the "Lead Admin"...??
He's already an admin, but it limits what he can do.. How can I give him full control and access without re-creating the group.. Thank you so much!!

An administrator has full control of the group already, it's the highest privilege you can grant to someone in a facebook group.
