I lost my bestfriend a year ago?
Last September I lost my best friend to something so stupid I can't even recall. We just came back from camp and I think there was about a week break before one of us contacted each other. We got into an argument and from there on things got bad. It was a month and I realized how surprisingly long our stupid argument was lasting so I decided to message/call her but she seemed very uninterested to talk to me. I figured she just needed some time to take it easy or whatever so I let her have her space. I texted her again afterwards and she said to me that she did not want to be friends with me because I caused too much negativity in her life - whatever that means! Mind you, we were friends for about 4 years so we really grew to love eachother and became bestfriends. This relationship really meant a lot to me and I occasionally find myself in a really deep, sad state of nostalgia.
Somebody messaged me on facebook a couple weeks back asking about what happened using a completely fake profile and fake name claiming it was her "friend". I don't who the hell else it would be other than her, or why anyone would care... So I guess you could tell that I'm going through one of those nostalgic phases right now and I would really like to message her right now but I don't know if that's what she would want. I also don't want to show her that I really care for what happened but I can't deny that I still cannot get over it no matter how much I try. I really don't know what to do. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thanks to anyone who replies and Merry Christmas to everyone who sees this! Ads |

Call and wish her Merry Christmas. Ask how she is. Listen. Talk. See how it goes. You can't lose something lost, but you can find it again. This is a good time of year for reconciliation.

I've had the same problem before. I'd give her some space and make some new friends... maybe a month later or something ask her if she wants to hang out with you. (That's what I did when I had the same problem)
