I did confront her, she apologized about not telling me. I'm still pissed off though...

Yes, you have every right to be very pissed off. But just make sure its all true before you confront her and if you have no proof then don't bother.

I'd be pretty narked if I'm honest, but not enough to leave her or anything.

I'd be more inclined to sit her down and tell her that she should have involved you in something like that. Let's be honest random internet strangers and nakedness do not good bedfellows make. It was a pretty dangerous move.

Try to help her see reason and explain your concerns (yes even the jealous parts of it). If she's sensible she will understand and agree with you, then you will need to show the maturity to be able to move on.
